For a short or long stay in the northern Italian capital,
Hotel Pierre offers the possibility to stay in a luxury five-star hotel, close to the most beautiful historical and monumental attractions.
One example is the San Lorenzo Columns; representing one of the most ancient churches in Milan,
along with the few remains of the amphitheater, the theater, the "herculean" baths of the circus and of a few other traces of the imperial Milan. In the heart of the historic district of Milan, the Hotel is right where art meets fashion,
where nightlife in Milan gives life to its most interesting events.
The canals are located near the Hotel Pierre. It was 1482 when Leonardo da Vinci had just arrived in Milan and was commissioned by Ludovico il Moro to study a system to allow navigation from Lake Como to Milan. Leonardo designed the system of locks to overcome the height difference problem, some sketches, are now preserved at the Museum of canals.
These are only some of the examples that the Milanese artistic heritage offers its visitors;
a city to be discovered in all its elegance, at the Hotel Pierre.
